Regular, purple, 1/2 inch wide, 5 petals curve back and away from the yellow center. Flowers are grouped into small clusters along the stem.

 Leaves
Simple, alternate, toothless, 3 lobed, two of the lobes are small and positioned beneath a large upper lobe. Vine.
