Habitat	Rocky banks, roadsides, open meadows and woods.
Flower	Blue, bell shaped, nodding, 5 petals fused to form the bell. Flower stem is thin and long.
Leaves	Alternate, simple, very narrow (grass-like), without teeth. Basal leaves when present are round.
