Roadsides, dry fields, waste places.

 Flower
White, small (1/4"), regular, in raceme type cluster. Each petal (4) is notched and appears double.

 Leaves
Alternate, simple, entire and lance shaped. A grayish down covers both the stem and leaves. Each stem divides near the top.
